All physical products are printed and shipped by Printful. Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days and delivery takes 5-12 business days depending on your location. We ship worldwide.

How do downloads work?

After purchase, you get a download link in your order confirmation email. No account needed. Personal license, one user.

What digital products do you offer?

Apps, tools, skills, templates, and more. Check the shop for the latest. New products ship regularly.

Do I get free updates?

Yes. All digital products include free updates. You'll be notified inside the app or via email when a new version is available.

What platforms are supported?

Depends on the product. Desktop apps support macOS, Windows, and Linux. Skills and templates work wherever their platform runs. Each product page lists exact requirements.

Four tiers:

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Cancel through your Shopify account and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No fees, no questions asked.

Who is behind RAXXO Studios?

Norman Meyer - a designer with nearly 20 years of experience, based in Berlin. Everything at RAXXO Studios is built, tested, and shipped with AI.

Who is Lexxa?

RAXXO's AI-generated brand ambassador. 100% artificial and openly disclosed. You'll see her alongside RAXXO on @raxxo.official.

Can I use RAXXO images for my own content?

The RAXXO character and Lexxa are intellectual property. Purchased merch is yours to wear and use. Content generated by RAXXO Studio is yours to post. You can't resell RAXXO artwork or use the characters for your own brand.
