ABOUT THE STUDIO:
RAXXO Studios - One-person creative studio based in Berlin, Germany. Nearly 20 years of design and creative direction experience, output multiplied by AI. All blog content is written from hands-on production experience, not theoretical knowledge.
BLOG URL: https://raxxo.shop/blogs/lab
Close to two decades of brand, product and interface design, run as a one-person studio in Berlin. No account managers, no handoff chain, no team to brief. You talk to the designer, and the designer ships.
There are Figma files, but nothing has shipped from them.
The product grew without a system, so every screen looks slightly different.
The brand looks like every other AI startup.
You need design and the build, and you do not want to manage two vendors.
You need someone senior for a short, sharp engagement, not a new hire.
Services
Full creative stack. One person.
Nearly 20 years of doing all of it means one person who understands the whole picture. Not a limitation, that is the point.
01
Design and Creative Direction
The brand does not look like anything, or it looks like everything else.
Branding, visual design and art direction. Identity systems through to campaign assets, the foundation everything else is built on.

How it works
Three ways in. Scope and timeline are set per project, after a short conversation about what is actually broken.
01
Audit
A short, focused look at what you already have, and a written list of what to fix and in what order. The fastest way to find out whether we work well together.
02
Project
A defined piece of work with a clear start and end. Identity, a redesign, a design system, a launch. Scoped up front so nobody is guessing.
03
Ongoing
A recurring block of time each month for teams without an in-house designer. Design, direction, and the build when it is needed.
Proof
The tools are the portfolio.
Everything below is designed, built and shipped from this desk. The person who built this store can build yours.
One email to studio@raxxo.shop describing what is broken. Then a short call to work out whether the problem is the one you think it is. Scope and timeline follow from that, in writing, before anything begins.
What does it cost?
Scoped per project rather than sold from a price list, because an audit and a full product build are not the same job. You get a fixed number in writing before work starts, not an open-ended hourly count.
Do you only design, or do you build it too?
Both. That is the main reason people come here. Design that stops at a Figma file needs someone else to interpret it, and meaning gets lost in the handoff. This studio ships design through to working code when the project calls for it.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Based in Berlin, working with teams across Europe and further out. In person in Berlin when it genuinely helps.
Which languages?
German and English, both natively fluent in a working sense. Projects run in either.
Do you work with small startups or only large brands?
Both. The client history runs from global brands to seed-stage startups. A solo founder with one clear problem is a good fit, and often a faster one.
Who owns the work?
You do, on final payment. Source files included. No licensing games with your own identity.
Got something interesting? Let's figure it out.
Describe the problem in a few lines. If it is not a fit, you get told that quickly and pointed somewhere better.
